If you are struggling to love yourself, then  I've got you...

I'm in love with my life, and it's a sentiment I believe we all should echo. So, what's your reality? Are you enjoying the ride, loving every moment, or feeling a bit lost? Today, let's dive into the fascinating topic of reality, and why, as a plant-based advocate and raw food chef, it's something I can't help but explore.

Transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle is a simple concept – more plants, more veggies, more fruits. Simple, but not easy. Why? That's where the mindset comes in. In 2023, I embarked on my transformation journey, unraveling the complexities and discovering profound truths that I'm eager to share with you over the next few weeks.

So, why reality? Because it shapes our world, influences how we perceive it, and holds the key to our happiness. Let's kick off this series by delving into a model of reality that has transformed my life – my truth, not necessarily the truth, but a perspective worth exploring.

Three Choices in the Grand Game of Life

In this grand game, we have three choices. Choice one: Let life happen, do nothing, and complain about the outcomes. Choice two: Force reality, a mindset often found in the corporate world – planning, strategizing, and pushing things to happen, consuming a lot of energy. Choice three: Flow with the river of life, embracing its bends and meanders. It's not about letting life happen but going with the flow, learning from challenges, and evolving.

Metaphor 1: Life as a Computer Game

Imagine life as a grand computer game. You're not just a character; you're designed with a purpose. There's an operator – your consciousness – skillfully maneuvering through the rule set of the game. Your inner world influences the outer world. It's like being Mario in the game, guided by your operator – your consciousness.

Metaphor 2: Life as a Lego Structure

Consider your life as a Lego structure. Don't like certain pieces? Complaining won't help. You can either try to force change – a lot of effort and often futile – or go with the flow. Instead of changing existing pieces, order new ones. Patience is key as they might not come in the expected order, but they'll eventually fit together, creating a masterpiece.

Metaphor 3: Life as an Art Gallery

Your life is an art gallery. The current room represents your present circumstances. Complaining is the glue tying you to these circumstances. Asking the curator – seeking external changes – might be met with laughter. The third option is to move into a new room, creating new pictures for your gallery. It sounds simple, but in the museum of life, it's not always easy.

Exploring Your Reality

I encourage you to start by writing down aspects of your current reality that you'd like to change. Rank them on a scale of one to ten to establish a baseline. It's a transformative journey, and in the coming weeks, we'll explore ways to move into new rooms, to change the pictures on your gallery walls.

If you resonate with these thoughts or have questions, drop me a DM or leave a comment. Interested in more resources? Send me a message. I'm here to help you understand how you can rule your reality. Thanks for tuning in, and stay tuned for more insights!
